The Service
Recovery Church North Cape campus meets every Thursday night at 6:45 pm for a night of rest, celebration, fellowship, to strengthen one another through this amazing journey we call life! We serve a light meal and fellowship at 6:00 pm before our teaching begins at 6:45 pm. We start each night off with music, followed by a teaching or testimony and then 45 minutes of discussion, sharing our hearts, building relationships, learning how to thrive in all life has to offer. It is a time to celebrate the gift of life, the challenges of life, and changes God is doing in and through us!

Roger Rothwell
Campus Lead
Roger Rothwell is the Campus Lead at Recovery Church North Cape. He spent many years struggling with addiction and just surviving life until he found true freedom in a relationship with Jesus. He now serves in many areas in Lee County trying to give hope to everyone that transformation is possible and exciting no matter who you are, where you come from, and where your going. His heart is that everyone finds out their true identity in Christ, how to break free from bondage and anything that does not produce good fruit in and through this gift of life. He has gone through rehab programs, self help books and just didn't ever find that thing that fills the hole that was missing his entire life until he actually let Jesus love him. He now knows it was the love of God through the person of Jesus that was missing and completes him and everyone of us! "This is a wild and weird ride, but the best journey I've ever been on, getting to know and love myself the way God does, is life changing!, you can't contain that love, it was designed to be given away, everyone deserves this freedom and I love every minute of it!!"
A few scriptures Roger loves and shares are: Proverbs 27:17 "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." II Timothy 1:7-10 "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love and of a sound mind. Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel." Matthew 5:3 "God blesses those who are poor in spirit and realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs."
