SERVICE
The Service
Recovery Church Scituate meets every Tuesday at 7pm. We begin the service with relevant worship music, followed by a sermon or testimony and then a 30-minute “open share” time in which people can share what is on their hearts in a small group setting. The last Tuesday of every month is Anniversary Night. It is a time in which we celebrate lengths of recovery and hand out crosses as a tangible reminders of the changes God has made in our lives.

Pastor
Michael is a Licensed Addiction Counselor that has worked in the recovery field for over 20 years and is in long-term recovery. He also has a background in church ministry. He is passionate about the correlation between the Bible and the 12 Steps and the powerful impact they can have on the lives of individuals. Michael has been volunteering at a local Peer Recovery Center, South Shore Peer Recovery, and facilitates the Spiritual Warriors group every Friday at 12:00 pm. This peer-facilitated discussion group explores the principles of spirituality through the Life Recovery Bible and the twelve steps from a Biblical perspective.
