THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

(All leaders are listed alphabetically by first name)

Bill Duck

Prayer Lead

I was raised in Baltimore, MD, and was saved 12 years ago. Jesus saved my Life . I’m a born-again Christian, hungry for the Word and I love praising Jesus. I also believe a strong prayer life is needed inside and outside your home.

Dusty & Angie Pye

Servant Leaders

“All things work together for the good of those who love the Lord.” (Romans 8:28) There’s no place I’ve seen that truth more clearly than at Recovery Church. My name is Angie, and after decades of running—numbing the pain of depression and loneliness with alcohol and drugs—I finally sought therapy. While I found abstinence, something was still missing. Now I know that something was Jesus. In Him, I found true healing. I am so blessed to serve alongside others who have walked through deep pain and brokenness yet have seen how God can use all of it for good—not just in our own lives, but in the lives of others. It has led us here, into a life of service to God, to one another, and to those who are just beginning their journey toward true recovery. Today, I share the Good News in jails, treatment centers, and through street outreach, and I am honored to do it alongside my church family.

Romans 12:2: ‘Let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think’. Hi, I am Dusty, and I began serving in the Recovery Church after I had a transforming, restorative experience with Christ, that brought me back from many years of selfishness, addictions, and doing life my way. I had given my life to Christ in my early years as an adult, but turned away, leaving my family, and Christ living entirely for self, away from God and his goodness. Through this recent surrender and renewal to Christ I have been serving in the Palm Coast Recovery Church, ministering in jails and treatment centers, preaching and reaching those in need of Christ and discipleship. It is a thrill and joy serving alongside side my brothers and sisters in the church and its ministries.

Elliott Adams

Servant Leader

For years, I suffered from anger, alcoholism, and addiction, until I decided to get baptized and turn it over to the Lord in December 2025. Since then, He has demonstrated to me why my forgiveness of myself and others comes with a true surrender to him. Today, I am so thankful and grateful to serve with my Recovery Church family. Winning souls for Christ, God allows us to go after and reach out for the lost, forgotten, and isolated. I appreciate God using me, my Recovery Church brothers and sisters, as Vessels to do His will. My wife, Lucy, and I love the Lord and his people.

Heather Caves

Servant Leader

Hello, my name is Heather Caves I’m 39 and a relentless disciple of Jesus Christ. In 2017 that wasn’t my story. I was lost, broken and heavily addicted.  But God!! I was taken to rehab where Jesus showed up and showed off. I’ve been set free and completely recovered through Jesus Christ. I’m a wife, mom, grandma and I’m so thankful for life. It is a honor to serve beside “Recovery Church Movement” and my home church in Barberville.

Maribeth Motosicky

Leadership Team

Hi! My name is Maribeth. I am a recovered addict/alcoholic, and by the transforming grace of God, and the help of many others, I have been clean and sober since 2018.

When God called my husband Will and me to launch a Recovery Church, I had no clue the doors He would open. I am honored to have the chance to grow closer to God, with my husband, through this ministry and the countless opportunities to help other women. Trust God, Clean House, Help Others!!

Michael & Kayla Terranova

Servant Leaders

“Come as you are and He will meet you there….” This encapsulates the experience of Recovery Church, what an honor to be apart of this move of God. As we look back on our lives we see the lacing of Gods divine fingerprints all throughout. He found us on the very road we took to avoid Him. Lost in the world, a slave to bondage, addiction, sin and self, Jesus delivered us when we cried out. We were created to worship and be addicted to HIM. Thanks to His abundant grace and mercy we are now slaves of righteousness for His glory and His Kingdom. Come and experience the Holy Spirit move. He has a seat and destiny reserved just for you!

“Nothing is impossible with God.” Luke 1:37

Will Motosicky

Lead Pastor

Where to begin ..... I am Will and I'm a recoverED addict. That's a fitting introduction. Many years ago, after multiple trips in and out of institutions and the court ordered rooms, I found myself in a place which was focused on the solution, not the addiction. A place where I was told to take the cotton balls out of my ears and put them in my mouth. This place was exactly what I needed, as I launched out on a course of vigorous action. Recovery Church is meeting you where you're at.
