MARK ALLEN

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Mark lives in Nashville, TN, and has been a part of the entertainment industry for over 20 years. As a composer and writer for television, film and stage, Mark has had the honor of having his work performed on national and international television, stages and the big lights of Broadway in NYC. In 2020, the Lord so graciously freed Mark from alcohol addiction through a rehab center in Tennessee and brought him as a humbled congregant to the newly formed Recovery Church Nashville. Along the way, God drew Mark to an opportunity to serve at RCN as a worship leader and teacher as well as to sponsoring several men who struggle with the same darkness and shame.

Through his time in the entertainment industry, church ministry and through the depths of addiction and its consequences, Mark has found Jesus far more extravagant in His grace and mercy than he ever thought possible. God has truly begun to “restore the years that the locust has eaten” as He continues to use all parts of Mark’s professional and personal experiences to bring Him glory. Mark and his beautiful wife, Megan, are truly in love with Jesus and are passionate about pointing sinners, saints and wanderers of all types toward the incredible saving grace of Jesus and recovery.

JIMMY BRADDOCK

REGIONAL COACH - SC, NC, & GA

After years of seeking peace, acceptance, and fulfillment through alcohol and many other things, Jimmy found himself in total despair. It was a place of helplessness and hopelessness, and he did not want to live anymore. Through a series of events, he cried out to God to help him or let him die. He wanted and expected the latter, BUT GOD had other plans. He ended up in a treatment facility and started down the road to recovery in the rooms of AA. He had fully committed to this program of recovery and had a "Spiritual awakening as the result of these steps" but had not fully surrendered to the God who had delivered him from that hopeless state. When he fully surrendered and allowed the Lord to have His way with him, he began to experience a freedom that he'd never experienced before. For the last 15+ years, God has allowed him to work with hundreds of folks in Christ Centered recovery settings. Further testament to His Grace is his amazing wife of 30+ years, Julie, and his two beautiful daughters, Keli and Karis.
