SERVICE
The Service
Recovery Church Cadillac meets every Monday night at 6:30pm. We will have food and time to meet and greet 30 minutes before service time starting at 6:00pm. We begin the service with worship music, followed by a message or testimony and then a 20-minute open share time in which people can share what is on their hearts in a small group setting. The last Monday of every month is Anniversary Night. Anniversary Night is a time in which we celebrate lengths of recovery and hand out crosses as a tangible reminder of the changes God has made in our lives. Recovery Church is an alcohol and drug addiction meeting place for recovery that is welcome to all. At Recovery Church we are a family. No matter where you are at in Recovery or just starting out, you are welcome.

Jon McMahon
I am from Cadillac, MI and have been here primarily all my life. I've seen the ups and downs of alcohol addiction in not only my personal life but the lives of close friends. The power of God is the only sustainable real way to break free and live the life you've always wanted. I am excited about Recovery Church as it is a combination of the power of God, family and tangible resources which lead to lasting recovery. In the gospel of Luke, Jesus says, "he who has been forgiven much, loves much." That has always been my story and I'm excited to share that story of God's mercy and grace.

Nick Jacobson
I was born and raised in Cadillac, MI. After high school I moved to the Lansing area to pursue a career as an ironworker. In my mid twenties I had an on the job career ending injury that left me in a wheelchair for about 9 months. This kicked my already established drinking career into overdrive. 20 plus years later I found myself beyond broken and very discontent. After mustering up the courage to walk into an AA meeting I was told to find a higher power and ask him for help. After doing that for some time I realized God was doing for me what I was unable to do for myself. With his help I am able to walk in sobriety day in and day out.
