SERVICE
The Service
Recovery Church Canton meets every Wednesday at 6:30PM. We begin the service with relevant worship music, followed by a sermon or testimony and the a 30 minute "open share" time in which people can share what is on their hearts in a small group setting. The last Wednesday of every month is anniversary night. It is a time in which we celebrate lengths of recovery and hand out crosses as a tangible reminder of the changes that God has made in our lives.

I am currently the Assistant Pastor at Abundant Harvest Deliverance Ministries. I have been working with young people for approximately 20 years. I have been working in addiction for the past 7 years at Arrow Passage Recovery in Massillon, Ohio, where I serve as the Director of Operations. I enjoy helping people and I give my all doing so. I enjoy seeing people recover from all walks of life, becoming productive children in the Kingdom of God.
Joe Turner
Servant Leader
I currently have my Master's Degree in Social Work. I have worked juvenile treatment for approximately 18 years. I have been working with adults in addiction for the past five years. I enjoy working with people in general. God has given me the ability to reach people of all ages. I love to teach the Gospel, leading people to Christ, as well as life coaching - leading people to a better path in life.
Thomas Caplea
Campus Lead
I was born 03/30/1971. I began using at a young age and continued for 30 plus years. My clean date is 03/04/2019. Shortly after, I rededicated my life to God, and was baptized in 01/2020. I earned an Associate's degree in 04/2022 and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Human Services. I work as a CDCA at Arrow Passage Recovery.
Trina Tyson

I have had my own battles with domestic abuse and alcoholism. In 2005, God called me in the ministry, and in 2007 I received my Bachelor's degree in social work and chemical dependency. Currently, I am on the Spiritual Leadership Team at Abundant Harvest Deliverance Ministries.
