THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

(All leaders are listed alphabetically by first name)

Christian Harmson

Servant Leader

From a very young age, I had an upbringing with drugs and alcohol prevalent in my family. I continued on the path of addiction for about 10 years. Around the age of 23, I finally just got fed up with my life of addiction and the influence it had on my family, so I left Louisiana and went into a 12-month residential faith-based recovery program. After graduating, I was able to work for them and later found myself in Arkansas in 2019. I have continued to work in recovery because God has instilled in my heart to lead others out of addiction.

Gary Cole

Location Lead

2016 was the worst part of my addiction. A stranger told me a story on how God saved their life. That night I prayed out to God to save me and my family. In my prayer, God laid it on my heart to tell everyone what He done for me. My family and are I are all members of Connect Church in Russellville and He has done miraculous things in mine and my family's life. This is what led me to Recovery Church Movement.

Jennifer Cole

Servant Leader

I have been married for over 10 years, I have 2 kids, and been in recovery for 7 years. I joined Connect Church in 2017. I helped with 2 different recovery ministries and found Recovery Church and now I am excited to get started in 2024!!

Lena Littlejohn

I was raised in a very Christian home with no drugs or alcohol. In my early 20's, I got with the wrong crowd and decided to experiment and then spent the next 20 years in I.V. meth addiction. I sobered up in June of 2019.  I started attending Connect Church in 2020 and relapsed in 2022. On September 25th, 2022, I decided I couldn't do it on my own and have been serving the Lord since. I want others to experience the freedom I have experienced so that is why I feel led to be part of Recovery Church.

Mariah Harmson

Servant Leader

In 2019, Christ pulled me from my pit of sin and I have been involved in some form of recovery ministry ever since. I recently got married and moved to Russellville where I joined Connect Church and was led to Recovery Church Ministry.
