The Service
RC Saukville is a warm, welcoming, friendly, laid back, messy, raw church experience. Jesus is our higher power, but if you’re not there yet, no problem! Our hope is that you feel that you can belong before you believe. The service begins with 3 worship songs followed by a short lead on one of the 12 steps or someone sharing their story. All are welcome! In AA language, RC Saukville is an "Open" speaker meeting with live worship music. The messages and testimonies will focus on recovery from drug addiction and alcoholism, and how the gospel of Jesus Christ truly sets us free.

John Murray
Campus Lead
John Murray is the Campus Lead for Recovery Church Saukville. He knows that his life is a miracle, and his sobriety is a miracle. Jesus has rocketed him into the fourth dimension of existence! He is married to Laura who sings with him on the worship team in Saukville. He knows he doesn't deserve her. He and Laura lived in Delray Beach Florida prior to moving to Cedarburg for a worship director position for John at First Immanuel Lutheran. His deepest desire is for those still struggling with their addiction to find the same hope and freedom he has found.
