THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
(All leaders are listed alphabetically by first name)
Marshall Faillace
Small Group Leader
Born and raised in Boynton Beach, FL, Marshall now lives in Jupiter Farms with his wife Regina and their two sons, Dylan and Little Marshall. His recovery journey began 20 years ago, but it exploded towards the end of 2021 when he was Born Again and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Discovering Recovery Church through Phil Dvorak, a member of his home church, Marshall has been able to blend his passion for recovery and his love of the Gospel, which has become his purpose. He is currently in Graduate School at Palm Beach Atlantic, attaining his Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Addiction and Trauma. Marshall hopes to one day be a Christ-centered therapist working in the addiction field.
Philip Dvorak
Trusted Servant
Phil has a passion to see people recover from the disease of addiction and be a part of the solution to this crisis in our nation. He is a devoted husband, father, and servant leader. Phil and his wife Sara have five children. Phil has been a devoted member of Family Church in the Farms for years.
