The service starts with contemporary worship music, followed by a sermon or testimony that connects the scriptures to the heart of those in recovery and then a 30-minute “open share” time or step meeting in which people can share what is on their hearts in a small group setting.
Joe is in recovery and has been giving back to the addiction community for many years. Joe is also certified in many areas of recovery and has served for years in this area. He and his wife Tina have a heart for the elderly, homeless and children. They purchased a 15 passenger van so they can take people in need to church, recovery groups, soup kitchens, doctor’s appointments etc. They are very excited to serve beside Recovery Church and bring the truth of what Jesus Christ can do for all of us. John 3:16-17. Philippians 2:3-4
Tina is married to Joe and theyhave a heart for serving where they feel God would be serving in our community. Tina has been giving back to the addiction community for many years. Tina has a heart for the elderly, homeless and children.She stays busy serving in her community by taking those in need to soup kitchens, doctors appointments, recovery groups and church. She and her husband are very excited to serve beside Recovery Church and bring the truth of what Jesus Christ can do for all of us. John 3:16-17. Philippians 2:3-4
Cindy has been a member of Recovery Church Richmond IN for two years. She will celebrate 2 years sobriety in July 2021. She serves on the Recovery Church Richmond Worship team, gives the weekly announcements and hands out the anniversary and surrender crosses. Cindy is a faithful servant to Recovery Church Richmond and serves in any capacity as needed.
William is the Worship Leader/Coordinator for Recovery Church Richmond, IN. Some of the duties he fulfills is being the keyboardist, he builds the lyrics for the songs and assists his sons, who are the tech team, with their duties.
