THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Benjamin Dobbs

Servant Leader

From hopeless and homeless to restored and transformed. After living recklessly with over 15 years of addiction and mental health struggles. Benjamin Dobbs entered a 10-month long-term program. He was seeking a chance to find a better way of life. After completing the program, Ben had a newfound fuel to go out and help the next struggling person with addiction and mental health struggles he once lived with and overcame.

He had a passion and mission to go and serve the same people that lived the lifestyle he once lived in hopes of knowing lives could be saved, families could be restored, and communities could be changed. With a newfound perspective of connection through family, community, and faith, Ben set out to see and witness what God had for him in this new found purpose.

Ben knew this mission was a bigger vision that would come with a price of sacrifice, hard work, dedication, and God's blessings. The need for people to be served with new methods was a more excellent value than Ben’s sacrifice, and the willingness to end suffering for those willing to change was a more significant cause.

This motivation became the flame to encourage Ben to venture into becoming educated. With God equipping him with various degrees in theology, ministry, psychology, clinical counseling, human services, and leadership. Ben took this opportunity to implement these philosophies into his career and always holding a heart for ministry.

Guy Huskins

Servant Leader

For years, Guy wrestled with the struggles of brokenness, addiction, and searching for purpose. It wasn’t until he surrendered his life to Christ that he found true freedom, healing, and a sense of direction. Through God’s grace, Guy’s life was transformed, and he now dedicates himself to helping others experience the same hope and restoration he discovered through service. Calling him to volunteer in Recovery Church, Reclaimed Jail Ministry, and annual trips and support to Experience Christian Community- El Salvador Missions.

As an entrepreneur, ministry leader, and missionary volunteer Guy understands the challenges of navigating life’s difficulties while striving for growth, balance and purpose. He believes in connecting deeply with people through authentic testimony and personal experience. Guy serves as a waypoint on the path to Christ, offering insight, encouragement, and a living example of God’s redemptive love.

Outside of ministry, Guy is a husband and father who treasures time with his family. He and his wife Annie share a passion for traveling, concerts and modeling a Christ-centered life for their two boys, Jaxson and Lincoln. When he’s not serving others, you might find Guy enjoying the outdoors, riding motorcycles, or exploring new adventures with his wife in their travels.

Guy’s heart for ministry is rooted in the belief that recovery is about more than just breaking free from addiction—it’s about discovering the abundant life God has called us to live and taking the next right step toward Him through service to his Kingdom.

Annie Huskins

Worship Leader & Ministry Coordinator

Annie brings a heart for worship and a passion for serving others to every aspect of the recovery ministry. As a gifted singer and worship leader, she not only leads worship during services but also coordinates all volunteer worship efforts, ensuring every moment of praise glorifies God and connects deeply with those in attendance.

Professionally, Annie is a project management and efficiency consultant, a role that equips her to naturally fill many vital roles in the ministry. From organizing teams to streamlining operations, she helps the ministry function at its best. Though her background is not one of personal addiction, Annie has seen firsthand the destructive consequences of addiction on loved ones. This personal insight fuels her compassion and commitment to the ministry’s mission.

Annie’s love for people extends globally through her passion for foreign missions. She has participated in nearly a dozen short-term mission trips to Uganda, Haiti, Egypt, and El Salvador. Currently, she focuses on her leadership role in the Experience Community’s El Salvador Mission, helping to highlight the work God is doing there to those who travel with her.

At home, Annie is a devoted wife and a loving role model to Jaxson and Lincoln, striving to guide them with grace and wisdom while building a strong, Christ-centered family. She and her husband, Guy, share a deep passion for ministry, traveling, and creating a home filled with love, laughter, and faith.
