THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Troy Chappell
Leader
Troy Chappell—known to many as Pastor Troy—is a pastor, ministry leader, and passionate advocate for people seeking freedom from addiction and life-controlling struggles. Through his work with Freedom Recovery and Night of Freedom in Lake Worth, Florida, Troy has dedicated his life to walking alongside people as they discover that their past does not have to define their future.
His ministry is rooted in the belief that Jesus Christ is the source of true freedom, transformation, and hope. Troy has a unique ability to take biblical truth and make it practical, relatable, and applicable to everyday life—especially for people who have felt forgotten, broken, or disqualified.
With a heart for those in recovery, Troy believes that recovery is more than simply getting sober—it is learning to walk out a new life. His message centers on grace, surrender, identity, restoration, and the power of God to transform a person's story.
Through preaching, teaching, counseling, recovery groups, devotionals, social media, and one-on-one ministry, Troy seeks to point people toward Jesus while meeting them exactly where they are.
His life and ministry can be summed up in a simple message:
You are not your past. You are not your mistakes. You are not disqualified. In Christ, you were made for more.
